I had a great 4th of July. I spent time with my parents. We watched america’s sweethearts and then I saw the wedding planner later that night. I liked both movies. I also watched the Diamondbacks game. I have the 3 day weekend off from work. Today I spent most of the day with my Mom and then ran errands and did stuff sround the house. I think I want to see Lilo and Stich tomorrow. I want to work out on Sunday. First time in over a year and a half.
When I was a kid we used to be woken up by our neighbor blasting patriotic music, then we would go over to another neighbor’s house for food and fireworks. We would usually bring a melon boat.
I had another rough week and next week will start out rough. One of my goldfish died this week. I only have one left.
I have been on a buying binge lately. I bought shoes for work and new eyeglasses. I needed both of those. But I also bought stuff at bath and body works and yankee candle company. I also bought the 1st season of Sex and the city on DVD. Never watched it but I wanted to see what all the hubub was all about.
I feel sorry for the people in Arizona who lost their homes last week to wildfires and this week in San Antonio to all the rain. Makes me appreicate the roof over my head all the more.
