Friday Five
1. What was the first thing you ever cooked? French toast and scrambled eggs.
2. What’s your signature dish? Mac and Cheese for myself and spaghetti for company.
3. Ever had a cooking disaster? (tasted like crap, didn’t work, etc.) Describe. A cake that you made in a pot. Got the recipe from a cooking class I was taking and burned it.
4. If skill and money were no object, what would make for your dream meal?Not sure. Probably meatloaf and scalloped potatoes.
5. What are you doing this weekend? Cleaning Friday, work for an hour then do homework for my word class on Saturday, not sure about Sunday maybe see Peter Pan II, and hopefully gambling on Monday.

- The Beatles or The Monkees? Monkees. Davy Jones is my favorite. I even got a toy Monkeemobile as a present for Valentines Day this year.
Waylon Jennings died. I used to love to watch "Dukes of Hazzard". I also like a lot of his music.
